Paratha wrap

This week, I have no TGIF as I need to work on Saturday. After 5 pm, close helpdesk agent, send the duty report, and enjoy the remaining weekend.

Ingredients: paratha, butter, egg, tomato, lettuce, cheddar cheese, black pepper, oregano flakes, any sauce (mayonnaise, thousand island)

1) put some butter into the pan, fried the paratha until golden color
2) add an egg on top the paratha, flip over the paratha so that the egg can be cooked
3) flip back to make the egg side on top, add cheddar cheese, black pepper, oregano flakes, tomato slides, lettuce
4) fold the paratha into half

My dinner was prepared within 10 minutes.

The melting cheese and sauce makes the paratha become juicy and creamy, and makes me become fatty. #

    1. Thank u for your recommendation.. but I believe that u r able to search a lot of great and complete recipes from Google for now..
      maybe in the future...if...if I become professional...I will make here to be a cooking recipe blog...haha....=P
